I've always said, if you're going to amputate a thumb, you've got to do it with a lawn mower. And, oddly enough, I knew someone who did manage to do just that.

I hope the doctors have given you all the painkillers you need, and that you were able to get some good sleep this weekend. Stitches =/= fun.
