To some of you, this might be ridiculously cheap. Remember that I live in a small town where the average salary is 30 - 50% lower than the big city counterparts, even though housing or products (food, toiletries, etc) aren't any cheaper.

That said - it's so sad that this is cheap enough to make people giddy. When a year ago we were bitching about it

I know. Petrol's down to 94.9 here and I am chuffed. Except we're on diesel now. Which is 106.9. Which isn't bad either.

When diesel drops below £1 a litre I may have a heart attack.

It really is sad that we consider this cheap now. Now, if only the prices of other stuff would go down too!
