Ahhhh I feel so overwhelmed! I was busy all day yesterday with teaching the chill'un, that I didn't have time to message people back on LJ and comment on posts they've made. Every time I saw my phone light up from a notification it made me sad :(

It's annoying how life can get in the way of fun LiveJournal stuff. I suffer from that quite a bit.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Packer game was on here, there has a been a surge surge in NFL interested over the last little while to the extent where they have started to show it on tv. I've take a passing interested but I find it hard to get too invested. Hockey is the only North American sport I have gotten in to.

Today has been a pretty typical Sunday consisting food shopping and hoping that some how work will be cancelled tomorrow. At least there's plenty of what we call football on today. I did get out with my camera for a bit earlier. It's quite an old one (something from the 80's I think) so I'm not entirely sure how the pictures will come out. Maybe that is something to post about.

What hockey teams do you follow? I watched some hockey with me ex last year. It was fun, but i don't have cable so really can't keep up with it.

I'm a Calgary Flames fan. I don't really get to watch many games as I don't have a subscription to the channel they are broadcast on over here. I wouldn't mind paying it but the games start so late UK time I don't think I'd get value for money. Since they're out west the Flames games usually start around 2 or 3am here.

The Packer game is on tv here. I hope you've managed to get a good seat for it and have a nice evening.

I'm not sure these pictures will be any good. My knowledge of exposure and shutter speed isn't great so we'll see how they look when I get them developed. I bought a negatives scanner recently which I'm waiting on being delivered so hopefully I will be able to share them at some point soon.

My take is just to
Wish him well and say you hope he finds someone that he will judge on their own merits - comparing one person to another will always be doomed to failure because people are so complex that comparing becomes a pointless endeavour.

Just keep it cordial and don't get sucked back into a vortex or going back to the past or an old relationship - take it from someone who has learned from
