All attempts to will the snow away have failed. I thought I could psyche it out. Call its bluff. But it came. It came just the same. It came without packages, boxes or bags

Typically it's *me* feeling like the oldie these days. Although, when I was in the hospital, nearly everyone that came in to my room pointed out that I was the youngest on the floor. LOL, that's what happens when you're on old people medicine for old people problems, like me!
ok, so i read the comments further down and saw that it was the 88/89 school year. in that case, i was a sophomore in high school. but still feeling old. you mentioned being the youngest person on the floor in the hospital - just a little while ago i was complaining to jerry about being the youngest mom in our neighborhood AND at lily's school. oldest - youngest - wah wah - i guess i just can't be happy about my age. *lol* ^_^
Short of getting some little action figures and a DS game to fill things out a little bit, I've got Conner's basket all candied up. LMAO With a f-ton leftover that I'm going to have to bring in to work or I'm going to eat it...or force-feed it to Jerry. LMAO
So, I just ordered a new oil from a girl on lj, and it's called "Gibbous" like the moon phase, right? In my pay pal I listed the item purchased as "5ml of Glibbous". Awesome. I'll have to send you some it sounds really good!
In Gibbous, Possets has put together the sort of scent you would want to be greeted with in the evening when the moon isn't quite full and the air is dank. Gibbous has the strange property of being like a cool breeze on a humid July night, or a warm welcome in January; the secret is perfect harmony. Black tea and spices, with a huge shot of liquor and fruit, all of these are married together and left to blend and mature. The result is a heavenly perfume and not just the cinnamon and clove variety, but strange yet familiar strains of turmeric bumping up against a thick Shiraz or a twice steeped baby black tea with a veneer of fig. A remarkable blend and available only at Magical Omaha.
I was in the possets forum and suggested Fabienne (the lady that makes them) make a chai latte scent. Black teas, traditional fall spices (cinnamon, cardamom, nutmeg, clove, allspice, ginger) and creme. Touch of that honey she does so well And she suggested that I might like this one. Onlit's an exclusive to magicalomaha.com and they are RIDICULOUS with their shipping charges. Eight bucks. Eff that. So I found someone on lj willing to part with their bottle for 11 bucks including shipping. Sold!
