She can never get enough lovin'! :)I'm taking screencaps and will definitely post this weekend, maybe one post per season, since that's a lot of pictures. (Season 3 was surprisingly short on great Impala shots, but it more than made up for it with a certain brotherly scene... *sighhh*)
I really envy you for still loving the show and enjoying season 4 so much.
I stopped watching the show halfway through season 4 for various reasons, and your recent posts have made me realise how much I really miss that feeling of being able to look forward to Friday *sigh*
But it's a gorgeous mood theme--she really is a sight to behold :-)
Hey, and thank you! She is so pretty, the Impala. :)
I feel sad reading reactions like yours. *hugs* It seems like Seasons 4 and 5 really made a lot of people walk away from the show. I don't know if it was the fandom or the show itself or what caused it, but I feel sort of guilty now, since all of these memories seem to make people on my flist feel bad for one reason or another. :( I'm nervous about Season 5, given the vague warnings I've heard, but Season 4 blew my socks off and I vowed to myself that I wouldn't walk away again after I left in Season 2 and missed out on so much quality tv. (Will you be watching Season 6? I think it starts September 20-something...?)
p.s. I didn't realize it airs on Fridays now, whoops. I wonder why they changed it. I hope it works well for them, ratings-wise.
No, it still airs Thursdays but given that I live in Europe, I always got it Fridays :-)
Oh, don't feel guilty! I'm happy for the peopke who still enjoy it seeing as I really, really miss the show. There are various reasons why I stopped watching (none of them fandom-related) but mainly I got so fed up with Sam that I stopped caring whether he lived or died, and at that point watching became redundant for me :-/ I saw a few episodes of season 5 and for me that was the final blow, but I know plenty others who liked the season well enough.
I'll probably stay away from next season, too. From some spoilers that I've read it seems like the things I did not like about season 4 and 5 (aside from Sam) will continue to be in it. And I don't mean Castiel and the angels, because I loved those :-)
