I think it annoyed a lot of people. Just to never finish that chapter, so to speak.

The writers didn't know what to do with Nathan, obviously. I still think Sylathan could have been epic, but they moved on so fast.

LOL the writers should have stopped giving Peter girlfriends. XD

Poor Nathan, he was a bit useless because writers weren't smart enough to create a good plot towards a politician. I hated the dissapearings...Caitling could have comeback in a villain manner, Monica dissapeared for nothing, the invisible girl of S4 was a loss of time (what was the purpose of the plot?). I always felt they had cut film in the editing room and we never saw it...:(

I bet you're right. They probably had plans for these characters that just never panned out.
