I don't have a whole hell of a lot to say right now, other than I called off from work last night after managing to sleep for all of an hour. Then I fell asleep around 4:45am, for about three hours. Completely slept through an alarm I had set to make sure I got to the hospital to pick up Mikey. He called me around 7:45, so I presume he got held up

Does your insomnia follow a sort of pattern? Does anything in particular, like stress or a special convergence of assholery cause it? ??
