Daleks:

Tiring villains, or the most tiring villains in the history of ever?

(I don't hate them, per se, but it's hard for me to care about them.)

P.S. Blame Abigail for this spam. 'Tis her fault.

P.S.S. I love Ace. She is awesome:

Seven: I don't suppose you've completely ignored my instructions and secretly prepared any Nitro-9, have you?

ironic use of icon warning manekikoneko September 2 2010, 11:19:04 UTC
At a point in the past, before special effects were any good, Daleks were scary in a Borg sort of way. That was before my time, although they were briefly scary again in "Dalek" and "Army of Ghosts"/"Doomsday", mostly relative to Cybermen (who, thanks to "Rise of the Cybermen" have been a thing of nightmares) in the latter case. But every appearance after that has been "Daleks, again?" despite the best efforts of writers, and I just wish they'd let them go, I don't care how iconic they are.

Oh what a wonderful icon. Thank you, now I am imagining a bunch of Daleks being hilariously pwned by Jon Stewart. (This image is even funnier when I imagine it's the more imaginative ones I told you about, who are capable of getting bitchy.)

And I, too, love that exchange so much.

LOL, Jon pwning Daleks. He'd make a hilarious companion, wouldn't he?

The exchange between Seven and Ace? That's definitely from the show. :D
