A few things, because I'm very, very bored:

  • Go read this, a TDS story by kribban set in my monster D/sverse fic's continuity. It's awesome.
  • I have reached the inane Luke-I-am-your-daughter! storyline in my grand Gilmore Girls rewatching extravaganza. Great, because Lorelai hasn't annoyed the shit out of me in awhile.
  • I am so writer's blocked I think it's ( Read more... )

I did read those drabbles and then consumed your fic as quickly as possible while I should gave been packing for the weekend. SO WORTH IT <3 I am consumed by the ideas in this verse, a few off the top if my head - how early in life are people recognized as doms or subs? Are little kids encouraged to play non-sexual D/s games from an early age to reinforce expected roles?

I think a lot of people have been going through a fandom hiatus lately. Maybe it will pick up again in the summer.

I'm sorry your writers block is being a pain in the ass when it comes to longfic; you still manage to create gorgeous complete little stories in drabbles & ficlets <3

About age three or so. Switches are harder; age five or six for them. Subs and doms are dressed differently, encouraged to play different kinds of games, that kind of thing. I'm glad you're consumed! It's an all-consuming kind of 'verse. =P

Maybe! I hope so.

Hee, thanks. <3

*discreetly butting in to ask:*

Did you read the original SGA story by Helenish? You get a good idea of how subs are treated in the military there. Warning: it's pretty angsty (but has a happy ending). I recommend it x 10000.

It is a fascinating universe and more people should write in it! For one thing, people should write more gen in it. How did the division into subs and doms affect history? What do the politics look like? Are there similarities between our suffrage and sub rights activists? What about psychology, and like you say, child rearing? One could go and on, really. XD
