I feel so sorry for Ianto. When he finally gets as much as a glimpse of an actual answer, even more frightening questions appear and turn his world upside down again. Him and the Doctor - a right pair indeed.
But I was so glad also to have Ianto in his Windhover form once more; I really missed him :)

So the angels became for other species the ultimate nightmare and/or the ultimate big game quarry. That's -- understandable from their POV. But how did the database become corrupt? A corrupted database is a nightmare when it's just minor records. A corrupted database on that scale hardly bears thinking about.

You did a wonderful job of showing the Doctor's age, his grief, his wonder, and his terrible kindness.

I did deliberately leave it a little up in the air because I want that opportunity to play with the discovery later if I choose, but I'd hoped to leave some hints that at least limit the possibilities ...

oh i wish that there were words to say what i feel when i read this story.... honestly, this is touching in so many ways.... you put so much emotion into everyone, and its amazig.... thank you. just... thank you. :)
