Where did you find that poem?

I don't know. Someone posted it a couple years ago as a tribute to a friend who had passed, and it really grabbed me. I printed it out and have it posted on the wall of my cubicle at work. It makes me think of my friend (Brett Flowers) whenever I see it, and I think from now on I'll probably also associate it with my cousin Derik.
