Wisdom on a notepad

Rummaging through my desk for some paper, I came across a small ruled A4 sized pad. Mostly, I do not put dates on my notes, but from the content, it is likely to be early 2006. On the top hand corner of the first page, in my handwriting,

You must act, but you must

allow time for the Universe

to act, too.
