Idol ficlet: High School AU

So I somehow ended up with 1600~ words last night for the flashfic prompt "High school AU, first meeting" in the Adam Appreciation Post last night at ontd_ai. It's very, um, fluffy. It's interesting to write teenaged!Kradam though, because both of them are so much more confident and at ease with themselves as twenty-somethings than I think they

I just read this and had to come over here to leave you feedback because the post reached 10k. This was so good, and so funny. I loved Adam's teenaged angst and considering going home to scream into his pillow. Neil and Daniel are perfect and snarky, and Kris is so adorable with his spazztastic dancing.

I read this over at the Adam Appreciation Post, too, but couldn't leave a comment because the post had already reached its limit (HELL YEAH! LOTS OF ~LUH~ FOR BB ADAM). This was so good! Having already graduated college, I'm not a fan of High School AUs in general. There's usually too much drama and too many unrealistic situations for my taste. This one, though, was really well-done. I like the way you focused less on the setting and more on the people. Adam is still Adam, and Kris is still Kris. You managed to capture their personalities even in this short ficlet. I enjoyed reading it. If you ever decide to continue this, I'll definitely follow along!
