Had a dream last night about making it to a Neoroma event only to get turned down at the door because I had a bad ticket. After tears and confusion one of the staff offered me one of their own tickets backstage (why they had tickets as staff, I don't know) which I accepted with more tears and confusion and hurried in to get seated. A NEW CAST? ARE YOU SERIOUS? NO OKKI, NO INOUE, NO NAOZUMI? WHAT IS THIS CRAZY SHIT DX

Granted, I can't read Kanji so I have no idea of whom the new cast comprises (is that even grammatically correct?) and for all I know Sekitoshi might be one of the new cast BUT THEY CAN'T JUST DO THAT. It's like throwing a whole new cast in for Weiss Kreuz Gluhen!!!!!!!!1!!1 Unacceptable! D:

The cast includes Suwabe, Terashima, Shimono, Saiga, Yasumoto Hiroki, Suzumura ... everyone of 'em new to Neoroma. It would be a great cast for a NEW franchise.

I hate recasts of anything. As far as I'm concerned, that makes it no longer the same character. At all.

I would rather hear that Haruka was over than to hear this. At least then I could mourn the loss of my fandom properly, instead of having to live through whatever kind of bastardization this is going to be.

The news is seriously disappointing D: If anything, I believe it's the CAST that attracted many to the franchise in the first place. Really, what were they thinking of marketing it as a Haruka. They should have just called it something entirely different. Classics should not be messed with, and that includes the original seiyuu casting.

I kind of wonder if one or two of the original seiyuu weren't able to participate, and rather than replace only one or two and create a weird feeling they decided to go all out with a new cast.

There's definitely been indications of this in the past so my guess is along these lines, too.
