You know, I'm really glad we went for simple with my wedding, now XD Probably missed out on some awesome stuff though.

Of course it was also last minute future-mother-in-law coming to town only chance to have her actually BE there for a year+ >.>

Meh, I think as long as you have decent food (and/or drinks) and everyone has a good time, that's all you need. I splurged on some things and did a lot of crafty crap because I wanted to.

And of course, the wedding is a day, the marriage is a lifetime (ideally), so yeah. :)
