One thing you might want to consider is mixing in a little bit of weight training. Doing some simple routines with a light pair of dumbbells will build some extra muscle that not only eats up calories in the construction of, but will also help you burn even more while idle.
Ideally I'd be doing cardio 3 days and weights 3 days, but I've gotten lazy with the cold weather... hopefully I can get motivated again soon, as my gut starts to expand again. D:
That's not a bad idea. I've done various types of lifts in the process of the program I'm using (it rotates, upper / lower / etc., so I do weights about every five days now) - that repertoire can be done outside it too. Hmm. Thanks, I may have to try that.
