I think Will and Tessa from The Infernal Devices by Cassandra Clare was one of my favorite ships. ALso (not trying to be an authors pet or something) but I really think Kami and Jared would make an awesome couple.

Will and Tessa are great. ;) As for Kami and Jared, we shall see, but it's very nice of you to say!

Will/Tessa/Jem is what I ship, because I am a deviant, but Will/Tessa is a great ship. ;)

Dean and Castiel from Supernatural. Enough with the queerbaiting, show! Enough with the sly nods at Dean/Castiel fans while Castiel continues to be oblivious and Dean continues to be heterosexist and oblivious! Give us some follow-through!

I have to admit, my favourite fictional couple is Phedre no Delaunay/Joscelin Verreuil from the Kushiel's Legacy series by Jacqueline Carey. She's a god-touched sacred prostitute! He's a warrior priest sworn to chastity and her defense! THEY FIGHT EVIL!

What I love about them (and they are a canonical couple, sorry for the spoilers) is that they don't fit. Phedre is kinky and sensual by nature. Joscelin is, well, a monk. He doesn't ever really get over the oaths that he swore or the restrictions that he grew up with. Phedre at first feels like she can never fulfill her true desires because of him, and he can never truly satisfy her needs. And they compromise because of true love. They make it work, despite everything in their way and some really rough times. They walk into the mouth of hell together (once almost literally) and they come out battered and bruised but they heal and they grow more strongly together than before ( ... )

I've read the books: a fine ship. I often like an innocent gent and a lady who knows her way around the block and underneath the kitchen table baby. ;)

Sarah hitting with hard questions AGAIN.

I ship Jared and Kami, but I'm wondering now if saying this will prompt you to rain more suffering upon us hmmmm

Cimorene/Mendanbar from Enchanted Forest Chronicles, Sophie/Howl from HMC, Christopher/Millie from the Chrestomani Chronicles, Anna/Etienne from Anna and The French Kiss, Amy/Elder fom Across the Universe, Annana/Naji from The Assassin's Curse OH GOD I DONT KNOW I CAN'T LOST THEM ALL

Woe is me.

Oh no wait: Cupid/Psyche. That's a ship right third ;)

Jasper and Alice from Twilight who seemed to be the most real characters as well as the most romantic with their relationship based on respect

Also strangely enough Jamie and Cersei from GoT. Their relationship is fairly deep. Also Arya and Gendry
