I wish I got more sleep today. I don't want to go back to work tonight. This new computer system that we have is ridiculous. No one seems to know what the fuck they're doing. I don't see it ending well.

You guys! She did it! She pooped on the potty! She snuck into the bathroom, sat on her little potty and pooped on her own! I seriously never thought I'd be so excited about this. Oh, the strange joys of parenting.

Dear asshole neighbors,

Maybe I'm being bitter, but your loud music and hooting and hollering at 2am is annoying as fuck. I have to be at work at 7am and now I'm wide awake, thanks to your shenanigans. Please tone that shit down before I make a total ass of myself by knocking on your door and raising hell.

My mom told Amelia that once she started going pee pee on the potty, she would let her wear her new bathing suit (and take her to the pool).

This afternoon she peed on the potty and she immediately needed to put on the bathing suit.

She is currently in said bathing suit.

I'm taking Amelia to Disney World tomorrow with my friend Lori (a girl from work) and her 6 year old daughter, Sammie. West will be staying the day at his grandma's since a) It's going to be a very long day with very long drives and b) he won't remember it anyway. So now Douglas is sick with the gastro bug. So is the kids' grandpa, my mom and the girl who sat next to me in the computer class. Oh, and Doug had the poops this morning, but he seems better now. Definitely gastro after all. My ass is on fire from all the pooping I've done today...ive been going like every 20 minutes since i got to this computer class this morning. And no, I didn't ever go back to sleep either. And Amelia threw up this morning too. Soooooo much awesome.

Great. Weston woke up an hour ago vomiting. And again, ten minutes ago. I'm 95% sure he's coughing and gagging on his post nasal drip rather than being infected with some sort of tummy virus, so that's what's good. But cleaning up sour milk puke at 2am isn't my idea of a good time. I've salined and suctioned his nose and made him drink some water, ( Read more... )
