Our New Years Eve party was a blast! A blast that lasted until 4am! The night was filled with yummy food, good drinks, many games of Catch Phase, some karaoke, some bowling on the Wii, good conversation, and of course a toast at midnight!

We have celebrated the New Year with this group of friends for the last several years and we plan on doing ( Read more... )

It's crazy how much she has changed in a week. She seems bigger and a bit more grown up. And this picture really shows it. She is really long!

I hope so! Sometimes I feel like he loves his new little sister and other times I feel like he just gets annoyed by her:)

My older cat definitely gets annoyed with the younger one but if she ever lets out a weird meow, the older one will run to her in a second. Just like people, always protective no matter how annoying your sibling can be.

That is so sweet! I have noticed that he gets somewhat concerned if she is doing something she isn't supposed to do or if she seems like she needs help. For example she went into the shower the other day and she couldn't figure out how to get out and kept looking through the shower door at Roary. He went over to the opening and looked at her and then she ran over to him and jumped out. It was funny.

Haha...I barely hang with the karaoke either. I sang one song and that was hard enough. It was Mr. Jones by the Counting Crows - I sang it with my best friend Martha because it is one of our favorite songs and always reminds us of college.

However, there were several people really into the singing. Even the guys, which really surprised me! It was hilarious!

My DH always said that song was somehow about the guy's relationship with his (ahem) package. I have no idea if that's right, or if he's just pulling my leg!

Ewwww...I have no idea! But if that is the case then that's gross and I don't want to sing it again, lol:) We are both pretty naive girls though so I wouldn't be surprised...

I want to go read the lyrics again...
