Ok, do you add water to it? Or is it just the chicken broth (is there a difference between broth and stock?)...and you said to basically add whatever veggies and stuff too right? How long should I let it cook? And, can you add tofu as well? I love tofu! XD
I use chicken broth by Swanson. Make sure you get one with LESS SALT or it'll be too salty!
I usually slice up one entire onion, put a meat of your choice (I prefer chicken thighs) over the onion slices, pour chicken broth over the ingredients enough to cover the tops of the meat pieces, cut on the heat (maybe medium high), start adding in whatever veggies you want. Make sure you put the thick-cut pieces in first so they'll cook more evenly.
Yes, you can add tofu! But boiling it will harden it, so add it last. You can then grind some ginger and put the juice in the nabe if you want.
I'm sure I can do a better job explaining, but hopefully this suffices for now? XD
As for holiday G stuff, there's a lot of clips of him doing December Love Song and various things like that. I've got quite a few shows/specials with him as a guest around the holidays. I think I know what I'll be doing to get me in the holiday spirit. ^_^
Even though he's only seen for a minute, I was so happy to find this cause it's my favorite Christmas song:

Nabe question? Sure. :)
I'm thinking I should make a proper post about how to make it.... 9_9 (but not anytime soon. XD;)
