I think the way Rhodey became War Machine was really cool - he didn't put on the suit to stop bad guys or to save his life - he did it to stop Tony partying. WHICH REMINDS ME. The party. Oh my god. Tony deejaying. That just killed me. That whole party and the fight were hilarious.

Okay. Spoilers. Um...Rhodey keeps the suit at the end. Ivan Vanko/Whiplash overrides the drones and War Machine and uses them to attack Tony, Tony and Pepper kiss on a rooftop, later Tony says that he's "in a relationship", meaning that they've accepted their true undying love, Howard Stark admits to Tony (through the magic of video) that he is proud of him after all, it's the army who pimp out the Mark II suit to become War Machine...

I agree with you there. Mostly it's not about what happens, (like the Doctor regenerating on Doctor Who) but how it comes to that.
