A friendly paw, a friendly cat,
I miss my dear old puddy tat.
She often sat upon my lap
All soft and warm so she could nap.
With silky ears and fluffy fur,
I loved to hear her meow and purr.
Many times she’d been a mum,
Waddling round with her fat tum.
Out she’d go in her coat of black -
I’d dread to think what she’d bring back.
