I have never heard of a fandom, but it looks like I'll have to check this one out!

Sorry, "fandom" is just a sort of online generic fannish term for something you're fannish about. So, it's a fest for any British TV shows, books, songs, people, films, plays etc. that have less fic and other fanworks for them (small-medium sized fandoms). It used to sound very odd to me, too, but I've got so used to it, I forget.

And you're more than welcome to come on over and join in. :-)
