Lake Terawara

On March 10th, I arrived at Lake Tarawera -- about half an hour southeast of Rotorua -- where I would be housesitting for the week (arranged through Help Exchange). Liz and Mike were setting out to hike the Queen Charlotte Track in the Marlborough Sounds of the South Island, and they needed someone to look after their two dogs and drive their 15

Awwwwwwwww. Ya gotta hate when they say stuff like that! Any how, thanks for the great pix. Here where I live, there's an old strip mine with horse riding trails Throughout. Oh well, gotta go to work.

Wow, the hot springs look so nice right now. I am convinced the the New Zealanders terraform every ugly bit of their island and that's why it all looks so pretty.
