There is a dress code at Ryerson?!?! People run around the track at UofM practically naked over here! You so should have tried to wear just the cheap white cotton shirt, just to make a point. ;) Or at the very least, turn some heads.
Good news: 2 textbooks = $100 is much less than the $600 budgeted!
My "orientation" starts tomorrow. It's going to be weird for me. There are a lot of things I already know, just because I was thrown into the pool in January and had to figure out how to swim real quick. But on the other hand, I do expect a few surprises; a few "OH!" moments where I learn I've been doing things the hard way. I hope nobody looks up to me for advice/questions/whatever because I've already spent 4 months at the university.
