I was offered a squid at the Eurovision dinner this weekend. I couldn't muster the courage (nor the appetite) to try it. I admire your bravery.

Squid/octopus/anything else like that tends to be really bland, in my experience, so I guess it's more about the texture? But eel is amazing. Or good eel is, at least.
