In February, my domain and hosting expires. Every year I get an email and renew. Got an email from my registrar "Registerfly" and renewed thru paypal. A week goes by and I'm still getting renewal notices. I sent a ticket asking, what's up? They reply back, "just renew again." I thought, maybe the online coupon I found for a $1 off isn't working. One company which has been pretty good for us - actual PEOPLE on the PHONE! and things generally FIXED!! I tell you, in a timely manner (when there are problems) has been LiquidWeb, if you are looking for a new place.

I have to remember to transfer a domain name from another company to them, because yeah, there are far too many companies out there that just stink.

thanks! I just signed with godaddy for this year since they had a registerfly customer offer. And if I couldn't get my domain, they would have filed on my behalf, which was nice. But thanks for the info!
