What is the best thing about Stanford? How do you think you've changed since going to college? What do you like bets about yourself? What is the kindest thing anyone has ever done for you?
1) The weather. I mean, in comparison to other colleges. In terms of college in general, just being able to decide what I'm going to do for myself, go places by myself, etc.
2) The more things change, the more things stay the same...I think I'm flirtier here, but I'm also more willing to accept myself without a guy. I've learned to compromise and accept people's differences.
3) My back...no, I guess my desire to help people, including myself. My desire to improve my own life is what keeps me going, and the desire to help others is why I'm gonna change the fucking world.
4) I'm sure people have done amazing things for me that I'm forgetting, so I'm just thinking of more recent stuff...but anyway. Earlier this year, I sat down on our steps, upset about something and thinking I was going to fail at life. I sat there, and our RA, Pat, came out of his room and saw me and sat down beside me, and just stayed there while I cried. That means a lot.
