This is terrific. You are managing to keep the threads of several TV shows from getting too tangled up and yet still keep the story moving. Great work.
So the aliens from "The Daedalus Variations" episode are the new enemy. I guess it was only a matter of time before they showed up. This is a great story. I can't wait for more. Please update very soon.

I will. I'm already writing the next chapter. I was busy with exams lately and then got sick. But now I finally have time again and so many new ideas as well. :-)) The next chapter should be up this week. ;-)

Preferred the way Atlantis defeated the Wraith in comparison to the whole deus ex machina, as the Ancient devices represented, during the last season of Stargate SG1.
I hated the restrictions over the ZPM. They only managed to procure a whole set in the last episode??

You mean you hate that I wrote that they need new ZPM's? Well, I thought their ZPMs had to be pretty much depleted after they used that wormhole drive. Carson said something about not being able to move Atlantis and shoot at the same time because there wasn't enough power. And then they kind of fell down to earth. I guess if they had another ZPM lying around they would have used it. That's my point of view anyway. In my story they have one ZPM with some power left. As the city isn't flying anymore the ZPM is ok for a while. But they do need more.
I always wanted Sally Sparrow to be the doctor's companion, too. I was really hoping she'd join 11. But I guess we're out of luck. :-(
I hope the new doctor won't ruin everything, too. But so far I loved all characters and actors, so I'm hoping that will continue.
Yes, SG-3 are in a "bit" of trouble. *g* I'm writing the next chapter and hopefully will be done soon. ;-)
If the Doctor shows up, I'm sure he can assist in providing power back to the ZPMs.
I always thought that the TARDIS would be run along the same lines. Perhaps the Gallifreyans are an offshoot of the Ancients who preferred a different path and did not desire Ascension?
I did wonder about the sigil on the cyborg ship. Reminded me of a stylised basic human. Arms, legs and head. I haven't read of anything from the Stargate creators. Would have been nice to get more data for the fans.
