So I have a new layout, which I really like, except for a few things that I'm hoping (with help) to change

hey, i had a go at making my own layout, so i know a little (mainly about flexible squares). if u send me (kebul2@student.monash.edu.au) the code i could have a look but i make no guarantees. In fact if so someone else offers i would take them up on it. or have a look for communities that help with layouts in general or a community for the style of the layout (there are specific communities for flexible squares, bloggish etc)
anyway, the header is amazing :D

thanks. i made the one i am currently using for my journal. its kind of my new project, learning to do layouts. figure its going to take a while. its not problem for me to have a look, send it over, i just dont want to dissapoint you if i cant help. xoxo

are you sure it's margin-top:50px? I didn't find it, gonna have another look

Guhhh your header is so beautiful!!

I'd look for numbers in the code that are about 150-200 px and delete them/replace them one at a time until you find the dodgy bit :)

uhm about that space between your header and the entry is i believe the sidebar fixed to work as a topbar...
if you check your code the #sidebar part says 'min-height:60px' i believe thats what taking the space, but i could be wrong though :/

btw, LOVE the header :)
