Good riddance Heroes. You won't be missed.
I'm pretty sure no one is mourning over the show being canceled, except maybe for Sylar/Claire creepy fans.
Oh, well.

On a more positive note, I did an OZ marathon last week. After 7 years, I'm still trying to convince my friends to watch the show only to squee over Beecher and Keller's relationship.

Oh, I like the characters! :D I also like the pairing on the show. I just don't care for it in the OMFG BEST GAY COUPLE ON TV EVAR MUST HAS MILLIONS OF FIC ABOUT THEM!!!! way that seems to dominate fandom.

I like Ryan and Hill best. I like Adebisi and Alvarez and Said and Schillinger and Rebadow and Sister Marie and ... actually I like pretty much all of them!

I've been meaning to do a rewatch from season 1. It's been a while.

These are probably my least favorite characters on the show, LOL.
I honestly thought Hill was pretty useless to the plot and I also *hated* his monologues. I liked Beecher the best, and then Pete Marie, Said, Father Mukada and Keller were all among my favorites.

I just discovered Oz myself this month. I read an Oz/Queer As Folk Crossover fic and was totally intrigued by Keller. I had to know more, so I started watching from season 1--waiting around for Keller to appear, and fell in love with Beecher. I am on season 4. I watched 6 episodes in one day last week. I couldn't stop watching. I kept saying,"One more and I'll go to bed." I ended up staying up til 2:30 in the morning.
I love this show!
