also, if you have the money in the current financial crisis to be purchasing superfluous books, perhaps you aren't really as at risk from the current financial crisis as you fear you are.

Peter Schiff wrote a book called "Crash Proof: How to Profit from the Coming Economic Collapse". That's right -- he wrote it before the financial crisis. You can find pretty funny YouTube videos from 2006 where he predicts the collapse while other economic commentators ridicule him.
