It's just stupid, and there are so many better and easier options, but of course some rich corporates want all the money they can have, so they decided to fight the Internet and enlisted the governments to do their dirty job. I mean, seriously. Maybe the countries could, you know, focus on actual problems, like murders and hate crimes and rape culture and economic inequality and inequality in general.
