Can't help with the SPN recs, I'm afraid. Dean/Castiel does nothing for me - having been a fan since Season One was shown my loyalties were well established before Castiel ever came along and although the character's grown on me and I like him quite a lot now I don't find the character at all sexy. Am sure you'll find others who can provide recs, though, as the pairing is very popular.
And right back at ya. When I caught up with your LJ, I was very sorry to see all you've been going through. Sounds like you're on the road to recovery though?

Yes, I'm pretty much fine now, although may need another operation next year when everything has healed up as much as it's going to.
I do follow the Wincest. *g* Originally I didn't think I'd go there but I read one story and then another and by then all my scruples disappeared (especially as it's not real!). This was long before Castiel came on the scene.
Oh, on the gen front try Big Pink, as her stuff is excellent.
