Wow, this is gorgeous. It reads almost like The Stone Rose, but probably better (that book was a bit weird ^_-). I loved how you put a bit of the explanation at the beginning, and how it comes together.

Oh, and what a brilliant fic, it's so beautifully written and thoughtful and just spot-on, I LOVE all timey-wimey-ness and Ten's babbling explanations, but especially KISSING and CUTENESS <3333 hee, and Rose making his hair, that would certainly explain why he had never styled it before or after))

Rose held her arms out to him as they met but as the Doctor took her into his arms and spun her around it took him a good few seconds before he realised that he was actually kissing her and not just hugging her as he had initially intended.
Oh, why,why BBC hasn't chosen THIS timeline, that would be SO right *sighs dreamily*

“What’s got into you?” she wanted to know but when he put his hand on her cheek, her face softened from confusion into flickering uncertainty. “Doctor?”
