Oh ouch. This particular scenario has always been in teh back of my head and I would occasionally wonder what in the world RTD was thinking. Beautiful imagery, especially when Rose is remembering what happened on the beach, which was just....so painful. Poor Rose....

Oh, this was beautiful and heartbreaking. I, too, have had this line of thiking in my head, and I've wanted to write a story around it, but never got to it (and it seems people have already beat me to it). But you did this wonderfully. Fantastic job!

Thank you so much. The idea of this sort of storyline really intrigues me - especially in the wake of the waves of Ten2/Rose fluff out there. Glad you enjoyed and don't be deterred - I'd love to read more angsty fic about these two! Please write your own!
