Such a crazy weekend ahead! Last night I saw the midnight show of "Spider-Man 3" which I really enjoyed. Midnight shows are always fun because the crowd is so into it. Good times. I like it. It works much better as a pop/radio released song. Not as powerful as the musical version, but then it's not supposed to carry additional meaning and plot.

You are absolutely right! When I listened to this I was disappointed with it not being very powerful but this isn't supposed to be something bigger than a song and listening to it with that in mind it is a wonderful song!

Life is, odd really. I just had a little meltdown last night talking to the SO, when I realized how much stress I have from so many different parts of my life. At least I was able to get it all out, and I have new sunglasses to hide my puffy eyes behind. And I'll be fine.

*BIGHUGS* I hope that life gets better for you Sharon! It's good to have a meltdown sometimes and get all those yucky emotions out. I'm glad you have SO to talk to and a nice pair of dark sunglasses. If you ever need anything I am here. :)

Thanks for the link to Idina. I liked it, I thought it was a much softer version but Idina any way is great - love her voice! I read your earlier post about calls from the Guthrie theatre, I wasn't home when they called, it was on my call display, now I know why they called. I'll be at the Berkshires this summer for Cuckoo's nest too, I can't wait.

Too bad the Colorado Avalanche didn't make the playoffs, neither did the Edmonton Oilers but that was no surprise this year.

I MISS HOCKEY!!!! I was watching part of the Rangers game the other night since I miss it so much. I can't believe the Avs missed it by ONE POINT! (I'm still bitter, can you tell? LOL) Not that we probably would have made it past the Red Wings in the playoffs. Next year our teams will make it!

Cuckoos Nest

I am going to be in Stockbridge for the first week of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest. So far I have tickets to opening night on the July 13th and the "talkback" session on July 16th. I'll probably get more when I get there - I went to see Amadeus and Suddenly Last Summer 4 times each.

*nods* That's that. I think I need to listen to it more. I expect the grand Wicked version but if I listen to it as just a song, I think I will like it.
