Hakushaku to Yousei - Spoiler Impressions
I am still waiting impatiently for the subs xD Am not sure if m.3.3.w. or DATS or both will be subbing it, but no matter which, they better hurry xD
There are OP and ED songs, but they just recycled scenes of the first episode x_X Like what Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge (aka Perfect Girl Evolution) did. Hopefully, they'll won't use recycled scenes next time . . . because the music's so good *_*

Anywayz, I downloaded the raw . . . out of the impatience of seeing this Tamaki look-alike xD Heehee
He seriously looks so much like Tamaki of Ouran Host Club ya know *_* And OMG he has sooooo many scenes where he looked absolutely gorgeous xD:
I've never had a very easy time in picking cute screenshots of a certain bishie since Tomoya of CLANNAD xD The art is so freakin' pretty in almost eveyr scene *_*
There's a lot of close-ups of his eye/s:
SO PRETTY!!! *_* There are several things that I find so attractive in anime bishies, for one, THE EYES! *_* So . . . tantalizing xD
But he's also goodlooking even with his eyes closed ya know:
LOL! xD
I dunno his personality yet since I haven't watched it subbed ^^; But three things are for sure:
(1) He's corny
The idea of winking-at-women-will-turn-them-on is incredibly CORNY!!! But I'm buying it . . . BECAUSE IT'S AMUSING!!! Bwahahaha xD He is crack!!! xD
(2) He's a sparkling narcissist
He has sparkling backgrounds or sparkle sound effects when he smiles or does something cool (sparkles in an action scene! ROFL!) or when he does narcisstic poses xD Bwahahahahahaha!!!!! He's soooo crack xD
(3) Well, of course last is that he's CRACK! It's not that obvious, but his corniness and sparkles explain everything xD LOL!
Another bishie worth mentioning:
Raven! Kyaaaa! He is sooooo cute *_* I love black hair + green eyes combo *_*
And him being a butler with the name Raven reminds me of Gilbert aka Raven in Pandora Hearts xD This Raven's doesn't seem to be abused though ^^; But they both have a cute blonde master *_* (I miss you, Oz! xD)
And who says only Edgar got close-ups?

It seems that Raven is Edgar's loyal butler:
I think while Raven's fixing his outfit, Edgar mentioned that he had done something dangerous which made Raven shocked or something but later continues what he's doing with the expression: *sigh* what a naughty master I have. Oh well . .
Or maybe it's just me xD Well, whatever, I find it cute!!! *_*
And oh I love these two xD More bishies like them soon, please? xD
Okay, okay, let's talk about the other main characters:
I like this duo. They seem to have a nice relationship ^_^
Oh yes to talking bluish/grayish kittie that drinks, which I think is, wine! LOL! Reminds me of Nyaanko-sensei of Natsume Yuujinchou . . . but Nyaanko-sensei is hell better and more awesome than this kitty IMHO xD
Now to the leading lady . . . she's not bad. She's prety and I like it that she's not the moe or shy type ^_^ She has the guts to give angry or annoyed expressions to the leading guy (though not as exagerrated as gazillion other shoujo manga). She's natural, which I like. I also love it that she doesn't do any blushing nor is she the naive type. When the leading guy attempts something at her, she pushes him away, unlike many others who'll have the damsel-in-distress expressions in their faces -_- However, though she's not the weak type, I think she trusts people pretty easily . . . that's why a stranger was able to "kidnap" her xD Haha. Anywayz, overall, I don't find her that interesting, but she's not bad. For now she's safe from my leading-ladies-that-I-abhor list xD
Okayz, okayz, back to about the series in general:
This series is shoujo . . . so you can expect a lot of bishies being ever-so-pretty and clean . . . but this series did something I didn't expect:
A dirty bishie! Okayz, the wounds/scars are common bishie fanservice . . . but I don't think the unshaved beard is o_o And to the main character even!
Or hmmm . . maybe it's just me ^^;
Oh here's another thing:
the "KINDNAPPING"! xD LOL! I find it amusing that their first meeting was when the leading guy kidnaps the elading lady without her beign aware of it xD Haha.
Now, okayz, what is shoujo without some romantic scenes?
But . . . I don't find it romantic though ^^; It's not because I'm against to the idea of them being a couple ^^; I just . . .don't feel the love ^^; But I do wish that their relationship will become interesting in later episodes ^_^
To be honest, aside from the art and music, what this series showed best so far is . . .bishie fanservice ^^; I'm spoiled with the events that happened here, and I wasn't that impressed simply because it didn't reach my expectations (which were pretty high ^^;). But it still has the old Europe setting with fairy magic stuff. It's still the beginning so I guess I still see the potential of it being better in the future ^_^ I guess these are enough to keep me interested and crave to watch more xD
