Friday night I went to go see Iron Maiden with John Green and a few of his friends. I've been an Iron Maiden fan for a long time... You wouldn't be the first to get on the stage relatively late, after another career, and do well at it. If it's what you want and need and it works with your family's wants and needs... why not?? You're a creative fella, no doubt there.

I like to think of it as a Return. I was there before many years ago, but it wasn't an opportunity I was really prepared to exploit at the time. My goal isn't just to get on stage again, but to really work with it and make something of it. I loved playing gigs back then but I was too angry about anything and everything to really stop and look at where I was and where I could get to from there.
