We just hit Majel Barrett's first (physical) appearance on DS9. Lwaxana Troi is like the personification of Victoria's Secret. It's alarming, but I enjoy her anyway.

I don't even know if that was the case; it seemed kinda arbitrary. (Ostensibly it was because Odo caught a guy who stole a piece of jewelry from her, but really, does Lwaxana need a reason to fixate on some dude?)
This kind of episode always makes me waffle back and forth between amusement and uncomfortableness and sometimes a small quantity of 'aww'. I guess thus is Star Trek.
