Guh... This is so seriously hot and sweet and awesome! I love Ray. He's brilliant, he's cheeky and sexy and childish and I so would... Though I'd like to find out the true meaning behind the stars, when Brad was tattooing him I was just squeeing with the closeness of it all, like how Ray trusted him to find a good spot for the star. I think Brad should let Ray pierce him, it'd be so hot...
I lime the brief appearance of Trombley, he's adorable and wants Brad so bad, you think they'd object to a threesome?

Anyway, thank you for writing this. I'm fairly new to the GK fanfic, actually, I think this is the first AU I've read! So thank you for writing this and I'll probably be stalking your journal for more :)

Ahhh! Sorry it took so long for me to reply, I've not had internet for something like nine days. You are way too good to me. :D I do think Ray should pierce Brad, but that means weeks with no action for them so it's like hmmm. Ahh! GK AU are my happy place and it pleases me that this was maybe your first! I hope to see you around in fandom, for sure!

Okay, somehow this slipped under my radar as I have never read it before, though I thought I have. But I'm glad I did! I have to say, you write the most perfect Brad and Ray characterizations - their mannerisms, their speech patterns, their banter, it's all so true to the series. It's so interesting to see the subtle hints of their past together, and a future (Ray's "one day" comment), and how comfortable their routine is yet for some reason they aren't fully in a relationship. Brad pretending that Ray annoys him when really Brad is just full of affection is so true to the series as well. And I'm a sucker for any and all Trombly in fic, I love it!

I'm going to wait to read the next parts in the series because it is currently 1:49 am but I wanted to leave this comment first!

This was the very first one I'd written! Admittedly, it was for a fic fest but that is neither here nor there. :)

Can I just say how stupidly happy this made me and how much I needed this? Because it came at the right time to make me vomit rainbows all over the place.
