Well, for losing the Supernatural love, I think you did an excellent job.

Thank you! I'm glad you thought so. :)

With just so much hate in the fandom I couldn't ignore, and the show getting too cliche for even my own liking, it was kind of nice to step back from it for a while. Generation Kill has got the right mentality, just smile like it's all good.

I really like what you have here. It's a lovely, sweet, insular world that feels very finished. The boys feel content in a way that you know they would be if they allowed themselves that luxury ( ... )

I want to just roll around in this comment for the rest of forever. This might just be the most amazing thing anyone has ever said to me. I can't even. I don't know where to start. I just. I cannot even.

Mostly, I just want to thank you so much for the wonderful comment. It means more than I know how to say without being a gibbering idiot (which is actually on par for how I normally am). I'm very much relieved that you enjoyed this. I was terrified you wouldn't, that it was nowhere near what you wanted.

Aw, no. It was fantastic. It made me feel warm and goopy inside and after the last couple of episodes, I think we all needed it.

More importantly, it lent itself to a lot of possibility, which is really important with these two. Most of their lives are so fantastical, so huge and important, that something so small and almost mundane (the mundane of normal, day-to-day life, not that your fic is mundane :) ) seems special and amazing and you got that.

Thanks for the comment and I'm glad you enjoyed!

It's funny that you mention that fic, because it's the first real story I wrote in the Supernatural fandom. That made me smile, and I'm glad you enjoyed it, too. :)
