Actually, he -has- kissed Teru on the mouth before, a couple of times. Last year there was something about Kamijo demonstrating a "french kiss" on him while they were in France.

Oh, it was just in a live report from last fall! I'm sorry, I don't think they gave many details, and I would never be able to find it again. xD From what I remember, Kamijo just grabbed Teru and shocked him (and the fans). But I wasn't there, haha, I just remember reading it.
