I haven't read Naruto manga in a long time either...
I'm waiting until Naruto and Sasuke finally meet. Cause I'm just impatient and dont' want to deal with crazy Kishi's seventeen pages of nonsense. =3=

Yeah, I'm really behind in the manga. I'm still up to where Sai meets Sasuke and Orochimaru. xD I know quite a lot of spoilers though. :P
