It's New Prussia. Obviously, this place isn't as glorious as my old house, but I'll fix it in no time at all! New Prussia will be just as powerful as Prussia!

I've been told that this place is Discedo, apparently apart of Prussia, that there are monsters running around, and that we've all had chips installed to keep us limited from our natural abilities (or at least I assume that's the reason they were installed). It seems that the basics have been covered. Is there anything in particular I should know?
