we engr folk wish that those bloody americans would just pick one and stick with it. the whole world is on this metric kick but noooo. they want to be special. having to convert and keep track of the two (or three! Gulp!> is a constant headache. and the source of many lost points on exams, bah!

haha yeah, it would be best if everyone just used metric. for leading you to lost points on exams i have to say i'm very disappointed in fahrenheit! fahrenheit, how could you!?
