I've heard lots of opinions about that a flat. Do you think it's cheap to go up from V to I? I mean, I personally love that a flat, but hey. Heck, I love *her*. Her singing is great, but her acting is what makes me shake.

I know. I love the note, love the song, love her.
I think the reason opera singers aren't very good actors is that it's difficult to emote properly while concentrating on making a high note sound good. I wouldn't be surprised if Natalie was put in a normal musical/play and ended up being a fine actress.
It's when they can't sing or act that it really gets on my nerves.
