I love the realizations that Danneel comes to mid-fight--they're things that she probably knew under the surface but couldn't admit to herself, but when faced with losing her best friend, she's going to let them out. Gutsy on her part, and I'm so glad it worked.

Thanks! I thought they were both very brave. And very honest. That is hard to do. But they have so much history and are the best of friends.
