Hee. This little drabble turned pretty episode specific. But I didn't want to mention that up front to give anything away as to exactly when it was taking place.
It's just that Dean's actions were extreme to the max and I just thought he must have been in a dark place to get him there, you know?
Dean stays stock still. Will not let this thing see him shake. “Don’t remember it.”

love that part--his refusal to think of sam's body as his brother, as even a person at all, which, considering the way sam's body has been repo'd and dragged around and used like a puppet by so many things makes sense. <3
Thanks. I worried this was a little harsh versus the Show's canon. Except ... Dean was at his wit's end when he made the decision to bargain for Sam's soul as he did. It clearly felt like he was fighting for his brother. And that he didn't consider the body wearing Sam's face as being that same entity.
