I've just been reading some of the comments..i am so glad people loved it :-)

I knew it was good when I read the draft and it's nice to see people appreciate what you have done!

Hug back! It was such fun. Everytime I saw a new email from you I'd just squee because I knew it would be great. The chapter headings are outstanding. I mean I love it all ... but they are really special. Anytime you want to take on anything of mind again ... just say the word!
